Refund Eligibility

The 30-day refund period begins on the day the order is received by the customer.

We offer two options for refunds: a refund to the original payment method or a replacement of the product, depending on the customer's preference.

To be eligible for a refund or replacement, the following conditions apply:
- The return request must be initiated within the 30-day period.
- The item must not be a final sale item (purchased at 30% or less of its original price).
- The item must not be defective due to customer mishandling.
- The item must not have been used and still has its original packaging.
Refund Exceptions
Refunds will not be provided under the following circumstances:
- Final Sale Items: Items purchased at 30% or less of their original price are considered final sale items and are not eligible for returns.
- Customer-Induced Defects: Items that become defective due to customer actions or damage that occurs after the product reaches the customer are non-refundable.
- The item has been used and/or has no longer its original packaging.
No Questions Asked
For all other eligible returns, our refund policy is "no questions asked." This means that eligible items can be returned for any other reason, including but not limited to customer remorse, incorrect fit, or a change of mind. We believe in making the return process hassle-free for our valued customers.
Return Shipping
Return shipping for eligible items is free of charge.
Order Cancellation
Customers have up to 12 hours to cancel their order after placing it. After this period, cancellations may not be accepted as we strive to ship orders promptly so you can receive them as soon as possible.
Additional Notes
At this time, we do not offer warranties or guarantees beyond our 30-day money-back guarantee. However, we offer online customer support and assistance for any requests you may have or if you need help with anything.
Refund Process
When a refund is accepted under the conditions mentioned above, we will provide a return shipping label (free of charge) and instructions on how and where to send your package by email. If approved, refunds to the original payment method will be issued immediately after receiving the product back and inspecting it. Please remember that it can take anywhere between 2 to 7 business days for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund to your account as well.
